I can’t believe that I hated eating mustard greens when I was younger, but as I’ve gotten older I absolutely love them. They are fat-free, cholesterol-free, low in sodium, and serve as a great source of fiber. Extremely nutrient dense and full of disease-fighting antioxidants. Excellent source of Vitamins A, C, and K. Ridiculously low calorie with added protein power too. A great addition for those desiring weight loss or control, added heart support, and for stabilizing blood sugar levels. A bit peppery, but tastes great in a smoothie for all ages!

As a sports fan and father of a competitive athlete, I can relate to COVID-19's impact on sports personally. As a society, we have seemingly chosen to forge ahead with sports (albeit in a modified way) while accepting the inherent risks. Are we missing what's truly important? Be sure to check out today's edition of #FridayRounds to hear my take.
